Birthday Wishes

I have been spending a beautiful Sunday doing laundry and working on a birthday card order.  While I am working on the birthday cards I am making extras and posting them on my ETSY site. 

Anytime a new catalog comes out I always make two lists.

1. Wish List

2. The artwork I want to scrap lift from the catalog.

  

This card uses the stamp minis that are found on page 119 of the 2013 Fall / Winter catalog and the original artwork is found on the facing page 112. 

The “flag” appears lopsided but I hand stamped the background image and then trimmed the paper down to size so some of the “gifts” are not level to the flag.  The original artwork is right from the 2013 CTMH Fall / Winter catalog and it was such an easy card to make. 

Remember that when you are at a loss for inspiration to always check your current or even past catalogs for some fabulous ideas.
