Retired Items!!!

As we prepare for Christmas I wanted to send out the Retired List (Click to see list) one more time.  You only have one more week to order items off this list then they will be gone forever!

I just looked at all 3 of my 2010 catalogs one more time and found the following stamps that I forgot I wanted.

A1102    A POSEY
A1104    A TWEET
A1110    A TIMBER
C1381    CARD CHATTER—THANK YOU
D1298    BEAUTIFUL THINGS
D1335    INTRINSIC BACKGROUNDS
D1412    NOTED BACKGROUNDS
D1434    YOU'RE GREAT
E1006    BAROQUE ALPHABET

So you do not want to have shoppers regret (I know the feeling all too well) then, please place your order before New Years Eve.

“A Sip” 3 x 3

I was hopping around blogs again today and found this cute little 3x3 card and feel in love!

Here is the original

Here is my card

I tried to put the spoon on my card too but I kept cutting it in half and stamping it directly on the card just did not look correct to me.  And of course I found some things to approve on after I finished my version but I scrap like a cook… you always follow the recipe the first time then “Jenny it up” on the second round.

Supplies used:
Paper:  Mistletoe B&T; Cranberry, Black, Colonial White CS
Stamps:  A Sip
Inks:  Cranberry, Black, Grey Flannel

  3D foam tape

Try your hand at making some 3 x 3 cards.  They are fun, easy, and make great little thank you cards to have on hand.

It Is Starting To Look Like Christmas!

As you know I have been very busy since before Halloween getting the Christmas shopping finished.  Then just before Thanksgiving I finished wrapping the gifts, finished getting the Christmas cards ready and put up the tree.  But guess what I forgot to do?

Pumping Out The Layouts 2.0

On October 8 I challenged myself to see how many layouts I could create in one day.  I was not worrying about photos or embellishments I was churning out the basic layouts.

Today I finally reached a point that I could get back to Kaela’s 7th grade album and since I bought a ton of “You Rock” paper these pre-made layouts worked out great!

I do not know about you but this “You Rock” paper just screams TEEN!  I love that you can use it for boys or girls and it looks wonderful.

Organizing My Girl

Kaela has been doing some volunteer work with Equest and loves every single minute she gets to spend there but we have had a problem getting her to remember what days she is supposed to be there Sooooo, Mom had to make something to help her out.

It is small enough she can pop it in her back pocket and hopefully her favorite horse “Topper” will not try to eat it.  It should be easy enough for her just to put an “x” on the days that she does not have to be there.  Wish us luck!
